The meeting is open to all members of the Society and to the public, though there will be a charge for non-members.
The meeting will convene at 10.30, and the talk commence around 10.45. The session should finish by 12.15, but the talk will be followed by a short special meeting so that the Society can amend its constitution. The meeting will formally close by no later than 1pm.
